When buying toys, games or any other goods through Toys.com.au, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the listed retailer confirming your purchase. This generally occurs within just a few minutes of your payment being processed. However, if you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time, please contact the customer service dept of the retailer you purchased through and they will assist you. Those contact details are listed in the section below.
Delivery times and charges associated with any items purchased through Toys.com.au is solely dependent on the delivery conditions of the retailer you purchased from. For example, if buying toys and/or games through Big W, their delivery policy is clearly stated on their website under Delivery Options. For delivery information on other listed toy stores, please contact the applicable retailer directly or visit their website.
Generally, all Toy stores listed on Toys.com.au charge delivery based on a collective order not per item purchased. Dependent on the size of your order, some retailers can also offer Free delivery. For further information and confirmation of specific delivery charges, please check the delivery options of the listed retailer when placing your order.

Yes. If you have purchased Toys, Games or any other items through a listed Toy retailer on Toys.com.au and you satisfy the return policy guidelines of that retailer, then you can arrange to return your items to them instore, together with your original packing/payment receipt and a form of photo ID.
